3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on jo99. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected — identified by matching device fingerprints, payment methods, IP addresses, identity documents, or other means — jo99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets, and withhold bonus-derived balances. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

- 3 Winnings from bonus play where the applicable wagering requirement has not been met are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds may result in removal of the bonus and associated winnings.
- 4 jo99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. jo99 will notify the player of any such hold.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
jo99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds or winnings from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms communicated to the player when the bonus is offered or credited.
jo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse. The following general conditions apply to all jo99 bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), jo99 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed errors, or obvious pricing errors apparent to a reasonable person. jo99 also reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any individual bet or combination of bets. Bets confirmed by the player are final and cannot be reversed except where jo99 determines a void is warranted under these Terms.
7. Responsible Gaming
